We heard power tools going so we stopped by one of our favorite job sites, 1501 Cherry Street in San Carlos. This picture is towards the end of the day April 19th, 2018:

1501 Cherry Street in San Carlos promises to be an exceptional place to call home. The builders plan to use steel beams, as apposed to wood, and finish in a contemporary style that blends in traditional feel of San Carlos.

The City of San Carlos has a backlog of construction that they are trying to manage. They don’t want too many trucks on the road at the same time in the city. That said they are slowing down the approval process for all projects in an effort to schedule the various rental and for sale projects going on.

Let’s face it, shopping is a big part of life for most people and a way of life for some, so it’s important to live in an area that offers convenience and variety for everything from grocery shopping to finding that something special. So, what can San Carlos offer you?
